Section 1. Constitutional Mission

1. The mission of Black Sky Tactical is to develop safe, responsible, and prepared armed citizens through professional firearms education that promotes knowledge, sound judgment, practical competence, ethical responsibility, and lifelong learning.

The Academy shall pursue this mission with unwavering fidelity to its constitutional principles and educational purpose.

Section 2. Commitment to Responsible Citizenship

Consistent with the identity and purpose established by Articles I and II, the Academy shall prepare individuals to exercise their constitutional rights with responsibility, restraint, discipline, integrity, and respect for human life.

The Academy recognizes that responsible citizenship requires informed decision-making, continual learning, lawful conduct, and personal accountability.

Section 3. Commitment to Educational Excellence

The Academy shall pursue excellence in every educational program through disciplined instruction, evidence-informed practices, objective evaluation, continuous improvement, and the professional development of those entrusted with its educational mission.

Educational excellence shall be measured not solely by technical proficiency, but by the development of sound judgment, ethical conduct, and responsible decision-making.

Section 4. Commitment to Public Trust

The mission established by this Article shall provide continuing direction for the Academy’s educational programs, institutional priorities, and long-term development.

Every official publication, educational initiative, and institutional decision shall advance the constitutional mission of the Academy.
